Field & Marten Associates is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and advise on complex real estate development projects across British Columbia, with a strong focus on senior housing and community-based developments.
In this senior consulting role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding projects from feasibility and financial modeling through rezoning, permitting, and delivery. You’ll bring clarity to complex municipal processes, ensure regulatory alignment, and help clients make informed, confident decisions.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and advise on real estate development projects from concept through delivery.
- Prepare and manage pro forma financial models and feasibility analyses.
- Navigate municipal approvals, rezoning, and permitting processes.
- Develop clear, client-ready reports and strategic recommendations.
- Present to councils, boards, investors, and community stakeholders.
- Oversee consultants and construction phases to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, and budget.
