Overview

The Kootenay at Elim Village features a fifty two unit apartment building. Inside, residents can enjoy over height 9 foot ceilings in addition to environmentally sensitive and energy saving geothermal heating as well as cooling. The Kootenay Elim Village Surrey condos will also feature sophisticated interior detailing and gourmet kitchens.

The well appointed floor plans are also very spacious, ranging in size between seven hundred and nine square feet to just around one thousand and thirty five square feet. All are one or two bedroom layouts and are functional and efficient use of space.

Overview

Beulah-Gardens
Beulah Garden Homes (BG Homes) was founded in 1951 to provide affordable housing for seniors. For 65 years, BG Homes has operated with this foundational mission in mind. BG Homes is a part of the Canadian Baptists of Western Canada family. The community is currently made up of the Cedars Assisted Living (opened in 2008), Beechwood Residence (opened in 2006), Charles Bentall Residence (opened in 1991) and the Rupert Residence (opened in 1964). After many years of diligent work and prayers, construction has begun on Aspen Green, which will be the newest seniors’ residence to join the community.

Overview

Elim Village
The ground breaking for the first Independent Living building (which has been named the Sequoia) took place on Saturday September 10, 2016. The Sequoia is anticipated to be completed in February 2018, ready for new residents to move in and join the Elim community that many are already part of. Life Lease model will be used in this building.
