Overview

The German-Canadian Care Home will accommodate 178 residents in individual rooms, and will look and feel like a residential space while being equipped for the delivery of complex care.

It will include 15 households, each will be home to 12 residents. Each resident will have a private space, a single room with a private ensuite including a shower. The household has a kitchen, dining and lounge spaces and laundry for personal laundry thus allowing for maximum flexibility for daily life to unfold. In addition to these living spaces the care home features a village space consisting of a large community hall, library, spa, treatment room, rehabilitation room, art room and conservatory.
